Good Friday All Age Service
We'd like to invite you to a special Good Friday service this coming Friday 29th at St Catherine's, starting at 10:30am. We'll be using some of our mid week Children's Clubs material to think about why it's a "Good" Friday.
Whether you've been to any of our Children's Clubs or not, we'd love you and the whole family to come along to our All Age Good Friday service.
Bring a friend - the more the merrier!
Hoping to see you soon,
Community Litter Pick
Blizzard conditions in Tilehurst today so regret we’ve had to cancel the Litter Pick which was due to start at 10am.

Annual Meeting - Sunday 17th March
Please join with our church family on this coming Sunday 17th March for our Annual Meeting.
The 11.00 service will be shorter than usual, allowing us to spend time reflecting on:
- how God has been at work, in us and through us, over the last year, and ...
- what He might be wanting to do, in us and through us, in the year ahead.
From 12.30-ish we'll be providing lunch (soup, rolls and something 'cheesy'). You don't need to bring anything, but a donation to Christian Aid would be very welcome - maybe what you would have spent on a 'normal' lunch at home?
Super Soup Lunch - Sunday 17th March
Alongside of the meeting on 17th March there will be a soup lunch in aid of Christian Aid. Church will provide soup with bread rolls for lunch (there will be a cheese alternative for non soup eaters).
Donations given on the day will go to Christian Aid. It would be lovely if you could join us – please inform Caroline O'Sullivan of numbers in time for her to make the necessary purchases of food.
Many thanks
Spring Community Litter Pick - Saturday 23rd March
We’ve booked the Neighbourhood Wardens for our Spring Community Litter Pick, 10am – 12noon from the Cornwell Centre on Saturday 23rd March.

Pancake lunch - Sunday 10th Feb
Our "pre-Lenten pancake lunch" will be on Sunday 10th Feb after the service.
We will provide:
* Plain pancakes, but if you want to bring some of your own home-made ones they'll be very welcome
* Fillings for sweet pancakes (lemon juice, sugar, golden syrup and some chocolaty stuff)
But...
* Please bring your own savoury fillings, e.g. ham and cheese, coronation chicken, ratatouille or anything else - be inventive! Could you let us know what you will be bringing - and if any of you are bringing a salad instead of a savoury filling. Thank you.
Friends and family are very welcome - however...
to ensure we 're catering for the right sort of numbers it would be helpful if you could let Richard and Katrina know by Friday 8th to indicate if you're coming... and how many of you there are likely to be!
